Early Life (2014-2025)

Landon Bill Carter is the youngest child of Thomas and Charlotte Carter (nee

Jones). He was born quite a small baby and it was unknown whether or not he

would survive as he also wasn't particularly born in the best condition. His nose

had not developed properly in the womb, causing breathing problems such as

asthma to this day. Instead, when he was born, his nose was almost twice as

smaller than a regular nose and so he never left the hospital until over 3 weeks

after being born.

Landon has 2 older sisters who, when he was older, he would look up to for lots

of moral support. Upon moving from one country to another for wizarding

education, he found it quite easy to feel alone and would always appreciate

coming home during the holidays and seeing his family there ready to give him

company. His eldest sister, Jasmine, is a muggle and his other sister, Kristina, is a wizard. Kristina told Landon every story she had made at Hogwarts and it made him very excited when he found out that he was a wizard just like her.

Ilvermorny Years (2025-2032)

Landon began attending Ilvermorny School of Witchcraft and Wizardry in 2025 at the customary age of eleven. During the sorting ceremony he stood on the Gordian Knot set into the middle of the stone floor and the enchanted carvings of both Thunderbird and Pukwudgie reacted. He chose to be sorted into Thunderbird house which accurately represents his love for travel and creating good change wherever he goes. Ilvermorny proved to be an exceptionally good school for Landon and it helped him become an intelligent man. It was at Ilvermorny that he also found his love for helping others and opted to want to become a professor during his sixth year.

Later Life (2033 onwards)

Landon moved to North America in 2034 and was a muggle-studies professor at Ilvermorny School of Witchcraft and Wizardry for seven years (2034-2040). He quit his job after separating from his wife, whom he married in 2035. After trying for children for three and a half years, Landon's wife found out she was infertile in 2040 which put her in a depressing state. She became mad and did not want to continue their marriage if she was not able to give Landon what he wanted, and hence started to fill out divorce papers in fear that if they stayed together for any longer Landon would not be able to find someone else who was able to give him his own children.

In July of 2041 Landon moved back to Wellington, New Zealand with his parents and rented out a muggle apartment not too far away from where they were living. He remained unemployed for six months before applying for another professor job at Hogwarts New Zealand. He successfully earned himself the position of the junior years Herbology Professor. It was during January 2042 that he began working and there he also met his niece Charlotte Owens and his nephew Spencer Owens soon after.

In December of 2044 Landon met Georgiana Night whom he quickly formed a strong connection with. The pair of them went on various dates together and soon became of romantic interest. In August of 2047 Landon proposed to her, and this was quickly followed by a promotion at his workplace as he was then able to teach advanced Herbology to the older years. He soon dropped this however as he then took on the role of Hufflepuff Head of House in 2048. In the same year, Landon's niece had her first child, Violet Owens-Rosemary, and Landon attended Charlotte's wedding in August 2049.

In 2050 Landon had his first child by the name of Genesee Carter. She was a beautiful baby girl and he was thrilled to finally be a father.

​

In 2053 Landon helped an older Hufflepuff student by the name of Lauren Davenport, through a rather tough time. Her parents were not the nicest people and were put on trial for crimes that they had committed against their children. In January 2054, Landon offered to adopt her and one of her younger sisters, Camille Davenport. Georgiana was very much on board, and Lauren was happy to accept his offer.

That same year, Landon attended Hogwarts' Halloween night, dressing up for the first time as himself ten years younger along with a few of his colleagues. He also attended a professor's night later that year at The Three Broomsticks in order to get to know his colleagues a little more.

​

The following year, in 2055, Georgiana and Landon

had another child of their own. It was another baby girl

and they named it Tessaria after one of Landon's

favourite plants.
